What is the CIRD ?
Center for Integrated Rural Development (CIRD) has been established with an idea of doing its bit for the economically poor and needy sick people and students. Its aim is to impart orientation, employment generation & entrepreneurship skills to Rural, Urban & Tribal Youth of India.

What is the mission of the CIRD ?
To provide opportunity to the rural youth, especially, youth belonging to lower strata of rural society for skill development to make them employable in the fast developing Service Industry and in other economic activities. To empower the community, restore their self-confidence and promote a healthy living environment with people having respect for each other especially for SC/ST, OBC communities & female masses.

Where does the CIRD Work ?
Mainly CIRD Focus on those areas where the rate of the literacy and health is below of the mark line mainly with BPL families.

What are the main areas of work of the CIRD?
CIRD works on following areas:

  • Development of Mankind.
  • Literacy programmes.
  • Upgrading Knowledge & Skills of Rural Youth
  • Women & Child Development Research
  • Development of SC/ST, Minorities & OBC of the Society.
  • Awareness Programmes against social curse like Femaile Foeticide, Drug Abuse & HIV Aids.
  • Organizing "Job Mela" to bring corporate houses & potential youth on common platform to provide direct employment to deserving candidates
